The AI Opportunity Report
A written review of your website and your manual workflows — what to automate, in what order, at what rough cost, and what to leave alone. Delivered as a PDF within 5 business days after the intake is complete.
What is in the document
Page-by-page website review
Your main pages read the way a prospective buyer reads them: what the offer appears to be, where the argument breaks, what the page asks for, and how quickly it loads. Written as specific edits, not adjectives.
Workflow map of the manual loops
From what you describe in the intake form, we write out the repetitive loops your team is actually stuck in — intake, triage, follow-up, content updates, copy-paste between tools — and mark which are worth automating and which are not.
A prioritized 90-day sequence
The recommendations ordered by effort against payoff, so you know what to do first, what to do once that works, and what to deliberately leave alone for now.
Tools, rough costs, and privacy notes
For each recommendation: a concrete way to build it, an honest cost range, and where client data would travel — flagged plainly if your industry makes that a problem.
What it is not
- A live call — this is deliberately asynchronous. If you want a conversation, the free 30-minute audit is the right door.
- Implementation. The report tells you what to build; building it is a separate, quoted project.
- Access to your private systems or client records. The review works from your public site plus what you choose to describe.

What the pages look like
The final report is based on your completed intake and workflow review. This preview shows the structure, not a promise of savings.

The manual steps, tools, handoffs, and bottlenecks worth reviewing first.
- 02
Automation opportunity matrix
Each opportunity scored by effort, risk, owner involvement, and expected business impact.
- 03

Data access, privacy, reliability, and approval points before anything is automated.
- 04
First 30-day plan
A practical sequence for testing one or two workflows before expanding.

Questions
- Why pay $149 when the 30-minute audit is free?
- Different products. The free audit is a half-hour conversation ending in three verbal recommendations — good if you want to talk to a human and see whether we get along. The report is a written, referenceable document with a page-by-page review, a workflow map, and a costed 90-day sequence, and it does not require you to find a slot on a calendar. Plenty of people would rather read than meet.
- What do you need from me?
- Your website URL and a short intake form describing what your team does manually and what is currently slow. That is the whole input. Nothing confidential is required.
- How long does it take?
- Within 5 business days after payment and a completed intake, delivered as a PDF by email. If your situation turns out to be outside what this format can usefully cover, you get a refund rather than a padded document.
- What if I want the work done afterwards?
- The report ends with what a build would involve, and you are free to take it to any developer — including one who is not us. If you hire AI Guy in LA for implementation within 30 days of receiving the report, the report fee comes off the project price.
